How do I place an order?
To place your order, follow the below Steps
Step 1: Choose the product that you like from our wide range of products. Click on the product.
Step 2: Select relevant Size from the Various Size options given below the Product. You can check out our size chart for reference
Step 3: Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
Step 4: Proceed to Checkout
Step 5: Confirm your shipping address and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.
NOTE: Please check the Shipping Address Pin Code, if it is Serviceable or Not (From the Serviceable Pin code finder) before placing the order
What are the modes of payment?
You can Choose from various mode as given below
1. UPI
2. Debit Card
3. Credit Card
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email & WhatsApp with details of your order and Order ID,
You’ll receive another email & WhatsApp once your order is shipped out.
Can I add a few more products to an existing order. Will it be possible?
You cannot add any more products to your existing Order. You can always place a fresh order for the other products.
How do I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you provided during the online order. As we have tied up with reputable courier companies.
Orders are fully sealed packages to make sure that all your goods reach you in perfect condition.
How can I track my order?
We will send you an order ID by email / WhatsApp with a link. Use that ID to track your Order.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We typically process orders within 48 hours, your order will be delivered in 1-4 business days in metros and 4-7 business days for rest of India, however Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors like weather conditions, public holidays etc.
Can I place an order as gift for someone, but I don’t want any price tag or invoice attached?
Yes, you can Gift it …. Tick on Gift above the Address text box while placing the order, we will stick a blank sticker on the invoice where price is mentioned with the Tags intact. To add a Note to the gift, WhatsApp the note to 8310224891 Within 2 hrs. of the Order in the below format, so that we can add your note, before the order is shipped. Please note that the character limit for the note is 250 characters.

Why can’t I see the Cash on Delivery (COD) option?
Cash On Delivery (COD) option is currently not available. You can either pay by UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card / Net Banking.
Are there any additional shipping charges?
There are no additional Shipping charges. Shipping is free.
Can I change the shipping address of my order?
Yes, you can change the Shipping address within 4 hrs. of the order, drop a WhatsApp on 8310224891 or email us at support@therarepanda.com from your registered Mobile no* or registered Email id*

*Registered Mobile no or Registered Email id is the mobile and the email id that you have provided while sign in at The Rare panda.

Do you ship everywhere in India?
We ship the products almost all the locations, there are more than 24000+ pin codes in India. Kindly check if your location pin code is serviceable before placing the order.
Do you ship products outside India?
No, currently we ship the products only in India.
If I have a query on shipping?

What if my order is undelivered?
if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product post the set attempts, It will be send back to us. Your order will be reshipped to you again within 2days of arrival. New shipping details will be sent to your email id.
How do I cancel my order?
Please send an email to support@therarepanda.com from the registered email id with the Reason for cancellation. You will receive a call from us…Post validation order will be cancelled and same will be updated to you via email but however once order is Shipped, we will process it as a return order. Please refer the return process.
How do I Return my order and the process?
Please send an email from the registered email id with the Reason for Return to support@therarepanda.com.
Post validation our customer support team will initiate reverse pickup request, and details will be mailed to you. Post receiving the product Refund will be initiated.
In case the reverse pickup service to your address pin code is not available we would ask you to process the Self-Shipping / Self Courier to return the product to us.
Please read the terms of Return Policy before initiating the Return / exchange request.
What are the terms of the Return Policy?
Customers are eligible for return/exchange, if returned or exchange within 7 days of delivery for the items purchased from The Rare Panda.
A refund will be initiated post we receive the product, and it passes the quality inspection. To maintain strict hygiene standards, we may refuse returns where the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
For prepaid orders: Post approval of Return, Amount will be refunded in full to your original payment method, such as your bank account or credit card.
As soon as the Refund is initiated, it will take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank Account or Card balance.
Please ensure items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
If you have received a defective / Wrong product, Email us the images and unboxing video.
How do I exchange my order?
Please send an email from the registered email id with the Reason for exchange to support@therarepanda.com.
Once the exchange request is verified by our customer support team, we will initiate reverse pickup request, and a request detail will be mailed to you. Post receiving the product we will ship the exchanged product. it will be delivered in 1-4 business days in metros and 4-7 business days for rest of India.
What are the terms of the exchange policy?
Customers are eligible for exchange, for order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
Exchanges can be made for the same products in a different size.
Please ensure items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
What to do if I forgot my password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. An email to reset your password will be sent to your registered email id.
Will I receive marketing sms and emails from you after registration?
Once your registration process is completed, you will automatically receive marketing emails, WhatsApp and SMS’s etc. In case you do not want to receive such messages or emails from The Rare Panda, we request you to unsubscribe.
What to do when an online transaction fails?
If your payment fails during an online transaction, check your card details, ensure you have sufficient funds, and try the transaction again. If the issue persists, contact your banker.
What if Payment is deducted from the account but Transaction failed?
If the payment has been deducted from your account but the transaction failed, your account will be auto credited within 10 working days. Check your bank statement at the end of the 10 days.
Will I get a refund of the full amount, for the product I want to return was bought at a discount?
No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.
Are there any hidden charges?
What you see is what you pay. NO hidden charges for any of our products.
